the last stretch.

Nothing better in the world than to slurp spicy hot curry with lovely pratas when its all cold and chilly and rainy.. Its been eons since I last has em, and the weather had been an absolute love for past few days, especially in the mornings when raindrops are falling outside and I just can't drag my lardy ass off my warm cosy bed. Which is NOT a good thing, cos when I finally do get up its already past 12 in the afternoon and I could've used all that precious time revising for my communication paper. Which is tomorrow. And I've plenty more chapters to go through till I can confidently say I'm ready. Oh it is sucha bitch.

Oh yeah, had quite an encounter. Ming had bought some catfish at some thai shop at Jalan Kayu where we had the pratas. And quite cheap too, dare I say. About $4 for five or six? Meant to be eaten actually, but Ming heard that they can grow till quite big so we wanted rear them. While eating, I heard a loud splash and I looked down where the plastic bag full of catfish were. Lo and behold, one of them had jumped out and was wriggling away on the wet floor. Gosh I was so surprised. Hurriedly tried to grab it but darn, the thing was all slimy and slippery. It kept slipping right outta my hands and this happened 3 or 4 times before I managed a firm grip on it and stood up triumphantly.

And it slipped right out again.

Screamed like a mad woman and dived at it. Luckily caught it and managed to throw it right back into the plastic with its friends. Then I suddenly realised that I had an audience, which included almost half of the patronisers from the eatery next door and the indian servers from the prata house all staring in bewilderment.

Gawd, talk about embarrassment. Sigh..
Alrighty I better go back to my revision if I wanna pass that damn module. Freedom after tomorrow baby!
